Found out some bad news last night.. basically.. duplicate minis are not going to work. You have to have all unique (not as in green but no identical minis count towards the total .. ex. if you have 5 jungle trolls dedicated on 5 characters on one account, for the rewards system it only sees the 'one jungle troll'). So.. that sucks ass for sure as I do have many many duplicates; however, they can be sold or traded and the minis currently out there will be going up in price for sure. I will be selling off many of the uber rares I have, and have already sold the MOX for 75 ecto. As far as I can tell, once you max out the calculator to get the (Unique), (Rare), (Any mini pet) markers, then all you need are commons to round it out. There are 5 years with 10 commons in each. There are enough odd ball mini pets to fill in 10 areas of gaps so that you don’t have to buy 25-45k worth of mini pets at the 5th year level. Celestials undedicated are selling about 60-100k. Mini gold pigs are selling for 60-70k again.
This is how I see it.. and we all need to talk about it on Ventrillo over the week/weekend (not this weekend as I'm out for vacation to Canada). The biggest gains are the (2) and (3) point unlocks. With what I have access to at the moment, I think I can get 5 points across the board and pick up another 5 points before the game is released. I think I can get 30 points for both accounts and would be happy with the title “Closer To The Stars” but want “Legend of the Mists” or whatever that 45 point title is in the next game. That sounds good to me.. but I don’t like the 40 point one that states “Flaseseeker” and translates to me “FLAMBOYANTLY GAY” and the other title of “Ghostly Hero” at 35 points is meh.. so so. It is not realistic to think I can get to 45 points while beefing up 2 accounts. The only thing that I am a bit apprehensive over is the missing items in between 36-50. What is that and how important are they? Are the items uber? Should this REALLY be the focus? Dunno.. we can talk but the main thing is get what we can while the getting is good.
-TITLE POINTS- (aka HONOR)
In regards to the titles.. there are some that are not worth it or some are out of our reach. I did actually see someone with a full level 10 Zaishen title. That’s not going to happen for me and realistically it’s unlikely to happen to many folks. What is kinda disappointing is that the lucky/unlucky titles count once you reach level 2 for both. I think that some of the other titles should also count but maybe some do.. maybe some don’t.. but I do not know. If there are some that count without having to be maxed out.. that’s something to consider. The biggest bang for your buck is the (3)’s and (2)’s here. I’ll be competing in something to get that (3) pointer for battles if possible. I think the lowest rank counts.. dunno but need to research it.
-ARMOR POINTS- (aka VALOR)
This is fairly straightforward. Only 7 sets are needed to get 5 points I think but you should be able to get 7 points here. Do not waste money on getting the headpiece, as it is not needed for the HOM (hall of monuments) at least for most spell caster classes and maybe for warriors as well but I don’t know yet. Here is what I plan to do as it will be the best plan to maximize the points (7/8.. FOW armor is 1 million gold.. and that money is better spent elsewhere on weapons etc.. for 1 million gold you can get 6 points in the weapons section.. so spend money wisely). Get the vabbi, Kurzik (amber costs more than jade shards but the other 35 fangs make up any “savings” difference, (2) granite citadel (materials are easier/cheaper to get I think),

Once you read the above article… at 30 points is all the free items we get. Anything beyond that is just titles. Titles are nice but that’s about it as long as you get what you wanted. I’d be happy with title 30 but will try to stretch for 45. The article above does a much better job of revealing some tips etc.
