I am about as sure that you'll not be able to carry them over as I am the sun will come up tomorrow. The developers have stated that the only thing you can carry over (in "essence") are the items or titles you put in the hall of monuments. Other than that.. that's it. Now as to if you put in 20 mini pets and actually get 20 exact mini pets on the other side of GW2... that's another question all together. Will they be just a check box title you can display as being, "Mini Pet Master" like you did with Survivor? dunno. Supposedly you can carry over the destoryer weapons as well as armor sets.. but these might be lvl 10 weapons on a 500 level scale within the game. That would help some players at least like an inheritance to get started in GW2 and after about 2 days you've got a level 25 weapon. Not sure how that's going to be useful but I'm hoping I'm wrong.

doesnt really matter to me one way or the other.I'm just wondering about a level cap, i know they are still wanting to keep a small set of skills to use at once, but havent heard much on lvl cap yet
