I've decided to only hide eggs this year.. and it was a fun day today for doing that. We got up to I think 82 degrees and had a nice breeze blowing. Given that we'd not adjusted to that temperature it was kinda hot. Bubba and I (along with many others) hid eggs/candy for the kids. :) Awesome day really.

So what did everyone else do today? I wonder if Slayer seen his shadow and went hiding back into his WOW isolationism again? ;)

Zoggy did you jam anywhere or play any card tournaments?

P.S.: Bubba is offline for a bit.. it looks to be about 3 weeks before he'll resurface at this point.

Went down to visit my bro and nephew for the weekend in illinois. Played my first round of golf down there on friday, the wind was very unforgiving, but didnt do too bad for my first time out. Very little time to play my bass, and no card tourneys as of late. Easter brunch was "dirty"...i guess thats the new word for cool or awesome. My nephew has to keep me up to date on all the lingo lol. And went and saw Hot Tub Time Machine over the weekend as well. Wasnt as good as i thought it might be, but was worth a laugh or two. The line to see Clash Of The Titans was huge, i'd heard about it being remade, but didnt know it was opening this past weekend...anyone go and see it? All in all it was a good weekend though. Pretty wicked storm rolled through on sunday night, and judging by the crap blown around at my dad's when we got back into town today, we must've had some pretty strong winds up here in minnesota over the weekend too.

Well the only thing we had was strong winds with some rain but that passed quickly on Friday night/Saturday morning. Then it was a little hot but overall nothing to complain about for this holiday weather as a whole. Leaves and such will be out on trees within the next 2 weeks if that. Winter’s over for us but we might have a few cold snaps (for blackberries to bloom etc.) before it gets swelteringly hot. So what else.. I did go an watch ‘How to Train Your Pet Dragon” and it was a great.. really a great movie. It’s nothing just totally new (boy meets girl, boy is a loser in people’s eyes, boy finds advantage to overcome his weaknesses, boy is wanting to have his father’s approval, etc.) but certainly one of the better versions of this type of film. I really enjoyed watching it and it would be a good show to watch with your nephew if you get a chance. I’d go so far as to say even a date movie if the girl likes Disney type movies as this isn’t boring etc.

I want to see the 3-D version of Clash of the Titans. I don’t know if it’s any good but I’d have to see reviews online (reading only the negative ones as usually I can tell if the reviewer is biased or not to begin with).
