damn, i cant wait to see the winter storm totals for WInona. Im betting we got 2 feet of snow. and dats no shit. my back and shovel swear my it.

We had 16 inches as of 6:30pm saturday night...looks like the storm is finally starting to move on, but the wind will make for some heavy drifts i'm sure. I "grounded" my dad for the weekend lol. The Vikings game got postponed until monday night i heard as well because the Giants couldnt fly into minneapolis...so it'l be a monday night double header. One thing i noticed driving out and about in this crap today....no kids out playing in the snow. Now back in the day...days like this were so much fun. Building snow tunnels all along the boulevard and a cave at the end...sledding..snowball fights...etc.

Wow.. that sounds like mucho fun! Instead we would dig caves in a valley they had considered for many years to turn into a watershed but never flooded the valley. We'd dig 'em pretty deep too. Surprised they never collapsed killing any of us.

Snow.. hum.. we'd be willing to accept just 1 foot of your snow here as long as it melted a few days after New Year's but that's about it. We're supposed to be in the teens with a chance of snow this Sunday but I doubt it. Probably be ice if we get anything. I'd take snow any day of the week versus ice.

Slayer/Zog, send a pic of the snow if you don't mind. I'd like to see how much you both have at your street/homes.

We got a whopping 26 inches of snow in Winona. To top that off the minnesota vikings metrodome collapsed. ill post a link for you to see that.there were a couple people inside when it began collapsing and i think they set the world record for the 100 meter dash.lol there on the far end of the field. i froze my ass off this morning shovelinh the 2nd foot of snow away in the 25 below zero windchills. so i just peeked out my door and snapped a quick pic with my phone. i could of done much better showing you cars that are burried,but im to llazy and warm . heres the link to vid and my pic.

we ave about a half inch accumlated outside atm... if i was there i would soooooo be tunneling thru that!! and laid up in bed for a couple weeks after wards sick and hypothermic lol
