Most of us have had the opportunity to chat and game with Uncle Larry while playing Guild Wars. He was certainly one of the most aggressive warriors to ever set foot in the game. He kinda reminds me of a noble knight I once read about in a Dungeons & Dragons novel named Sturum of the Knights of the Rose. Sturum would NEVER back down from a fight and in some cases had to be knocked out by his friends to keep from getting killed or for that matter getting them all killed! Even now I can hear Bubba yelling, "No! You don't aggro every FLK@(*@!LK one of them Uncle Larry!" Then Beer moans and says, "Uh-oh." Beer then begins to laugh hysterically. Although Bubba robbed Uncle Larry blind of the fortune that Beer gave him, Larry always appreciated playing with us and the things each of us could help him out with.
A truck driver by trade, he'd been injured at some point during his career with a back injury. Uncle Larry passed away from heart failure in the last day or two. I don't know if Bubba wants to say anything but Larry was always good to the both of us. He will be sorely missed.
