Unit came in today.. and I wanted to add that this was the first (non-laptop) PC I have ever purchased since my very first compter over 15 years ago. Every unit I've ever used has been built by hand and overclocked/upgraded as needed. When I get it out to use it, I'll try to remember to post back about what I think about the Windows 7 Basic on the machine. As long as it works for the intended purpose, we'll be good to go.
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications ... =W180-3190The second linked computer ($229 - $30 mail-in rebate) with an Intel Celeron CPU.. has these upgrade specs. It's really nice that I can upgrade this box with a Core 2 Duo when the prices come down and stick in an older PCI Express video card x16 that will be a roll down from upgrading my current machine. I'll have to do some more checking but this nVidia chip based mobo/box looks to be a really good deal. The Celeron processor in it is obviouisly crap but it'll do what it's intended to do for now.
